Does Utah top the list here with 34 points?

Possibly... The most impressive comeback I've ever seen was in the 2002 playoffs when Paul Pierce had his one moment of greatness, managing to lead the the Celtics' back from a 21 point fourth quarter deficit to a 4 point win over the Nets...

(Actually I take that back T-Mac's 13 in 35 was more impressive :=P)

The largest in playoff history was game 4 of the 2002 WCF where the Lakers finished the Kings off for good. 20 point deficit.
