By then, Bonner was already running amok.

He was so effective, in fact, that by game's end one Pacer was threatening to kill him.

With 25.6 seconds to play, Indiana's David Harrison, apparently none too happy about taking an elbow to the face during one of Bonner's fourth-quarter drives, informed an official of his plan for dealing with the scrappy Spurs forward.

"I'm going to (expletive) kill him," Harrison said.

That earned Harrison a technical foul. Harrison continued to stare Bonner down from the sidelines before being escorted to the locker room, where he received medical attention for the blow to his head.

Afterward, Bonner was oblivious to all of this. Informed of Harrison's comments, Bonner asked, "You only get a technical for that?"

"I subbed for him and somebody on the bench made a decision to send him to the locker room; it wasn't me," O'Brien said. "You shouldn't get technical fouls if you're David Harrison. I subbed for him, so his night was over."

 owned by his coach

Yeah i saw this last night, it was hilarious, Bonner drove and went up to dunk on Harrison and swung his arm out and caught Harrison in the face and got called for the offensive foul. Mind you the game had been done since the end of the third, it was a blowout, and yet Harrison decdied to go after Bonner till he got T'ed up and told to return to the locker room lol. Hilarious stuff.

First he knocked Garnett up. Then Harrison.

NO ONE IS SAFE. HIDE YOUR CHILDREN.

If Bonner ever did see Harrison in an ally way, Harrison would tear in apart. lol

But in all seriousness, it is a joke. David Harrison is a joke and a embarressment and Larry Bird will not bring him back next season. I wish Bird would send a message early on, and cut him. He said there would be many changes this off-season i wish he'd send the message today and cut Harrison for his stupidity.

LMAO. I wouldn't take the comment too seriously as it was a heat of the moment thing but the Pacers have really reached an all-time low right now.

They should work on trading away every player not named Danny Granger, Travis Diener, or Mike Dunleavy... Even if they have to sell themselves short on deal after deal it will be worth it. This team needs to rebuild in the baddest way but why they won't commit do fully doing so is beyond me...

What a joke...

Rumor is on the Pacers board that Harrison has drug issues that go beyond marijuana. Hopefully they can get him in some rehab. It's a shame, he has the tools to be a very solid NBA center. 7', 290 lb. strong as a bull. He almost tore the entire goal down on a dunk last night.

Yeah that was an impressive dunk indeed. He really needs to grow the hell up though.

Just Granger, you mean? I was hoping Indy would try to dump Dunleavy's awful contract at the deadline and imo they should this summer. He's an average player on an above-average contract putting up big numbers on a bad team.
