I saw that Yahoo clip, he said the Rockets without Yao are not a contender which is fine by me, but the way he spoke was kind of like stating the Rockets were imposters.

well those guys just want to see a big guard like T-Mac post up on everyone to use their size, it's not T-Mac's game really...Smith has somewhat of a point...but...im not sure about the not making his teammates better thing...meh...he's made some dumb comments this year...

It was when he was good.

When he was scoring 32 ppg, he was posting up a LOT and it was a huge part of why he shot well and stayed in rhythm, drew lots of fouls, etc. T-Mac used to be a lot smarter as a player... but the problem, I think, is that when he rushed off to Orlando after his contract with Toronto expired, he wasn't physically ready and shouldering that much of the load really hurt him. The man didn't even really work out during the season by his own admission until way later in his career, by his own admission.

Anyway, the thrust of the point is that post-up game actually used to be a staple of T-Mac's offense and it's really only since he left Orlando that it has become so absent from his game.

I am not sure why they have so much doubt and are so dismissive of the Rockets success. If you watch the games you see that they are playing with a chemistry that stands out. This chemistry is what makes them for real. I guess chuck only watches a few games. But everyone has their opinion, my only problem was that chuck made it seem like the Rockets shouldnt even bother showing up and insisted that Dallas was better than Houston even without Dirk, I mean come on the Rockets have won 17 straight, the mavs are struggling right now to find their identity, but Chuck was completely dismissive of that.

Well... I think what he meant to say was that Tmac doesn't make players around him better as much as he should. Like of course he does to an extent but with his skillset, he should be able to do more. This is the same guy that was gettin compared to Kobe Bryant in regards to who's the best swingman in the NBA. He has fallen off a great deal and injuries does have something to do wit it but I blame the way he plays moreso. The fact that he settles for long range contested jumpers so often rather than driving or posting up near the hoop really makes me dislike his game. He also has the capability to be one of the best perimeter defenders in the league. So all in all... I expect more out of a player like Mcgrady and because of that, I'm sure he has more than enough people that hate on his game.

I'm sure should apologize for his scoliosis taking some toll on his body down the years and the fact that he's doubled on the perimeter instead of inside.

Barkley looked like a clown last night and Kenny can't even credit the guys for winning a freaking game.

T-Pain is an underrated playmaker, but in all honesty I really could care less about anything T-Pain related until the guy gets out of the first round...
