Biggest chokers Dallas or Phoenix?

I would have to go with Dallas for these reasons.
1. 2005-06 NBA Finals (Up 2-0 on the Heat and then they lost 4 straight games)
2. 2006-07 NBA Playoffs- Round 1 (Lost to the 8th seed after they won franchise best 67 wins in regular season.)
