2.5 games behind #8 atlanta, but missing out may stunt their growth as a team
plus it could reenergize their fanbase like the one the hornets used to have
but they have only 6 home games left and 13 on the road
but based on the schedule i have to give the nod to indiana. 11 home 8 away left for them and only 4 versus teams with winning records. they still have seattle, minnesota, the knicks twice, and miami
atlanta's schedule is pretty easy too. 3 versus orlando, plus boston, toronto, and houston

Man what a joke that a team in the East with 39 losses in the East is only 2.5 games out now, and in the West a team with 25 loses is 2.5 games out in the West. A 35 win team could make the playoffs in the East, while a 50 win team could miss the playoffs in the West. LOL. In the end it doesn't matter cause the 9th in either conference wouldn't have had a chance at no championship anyways, but it's still giving recognition to that 35 win team over that 50 win team.

Can you please post that in every thread on the board? I don't think people realize the difference between the East and the West, and it needs to be brought up as many times as possible, even if it has nothing to do with the current topic.

You forget MJ will be making that lottery selection (see: Adam Morrison; Kwame Brown).
Playoffs would probably be better.

Well all I'm saying is that I thought the Bobcats were a pretty bad team, and to think that they are in reach of the playoffs was kind of a shock to me.

I think you're thinking of the Wizards. The bobcats we played either last friday or the friday before didn't have Gerald Wallace or any defense.
They left people open all the time and let Rajon get 16 assists, wich is a career high for him, with only about 4 of those really created from him. The rest was pass to open man, open man makes shot.

No I'm thinking about the Bobcats who won a game by double digits against you guys, lost on a buzzer beater and then lost by only 8 and who shoot 45% from 3 against you. They do play you guys tough, so they definitely could win a game in the playoffs against you.

Charlotte can beat Boston and Detroit, so they could even upset the #1 seed.

i wouldnt say the cats have a good ROSTER
they have a nice LOOKING starting lineup
felton
richardson
wallace
okafor
mohammed.
but sam vincent would always ruin it by putting in mcinnis (the worst player in the nba) in at starting pg and moving felton to sg
now that we cut him we are playing so much better. sam hasnt totally realized what hes doing to felton yet tho, as he still puts boykins and felts together on the floor alot. if sean may is healthy enough to contribute next season and we get some decent draft picks, expect a playoff team.
