If #1 Seed in Eastern Conference Lost in First Round

Would that be the biggest upset in playoff history?
I think it would be.
Golden State over Dallas isn't as big as it's made out to be. They actually swept the Regular Season matchup.
But with the Eastern Conference about as week as it's ever been with half the playoff teams without a winning record and Boston and Detroit clearly heads and shoulders the favorites to go ECF, if one of those teams somehow lost a series to a team especially like the Hawks, would that be the biggest upset in playoff history?

The Celtics won't lose a series to the Hawks. That's it.

it would be quite an upset, unlikely to happen but it would be one of the greatest upsets

if you didn't know already - the celtics aren't KG. you see, they have a whole team - a great starting five and an energetic and productive bench, a deep bench at that.
the cavs have Lebron James...and?
get over your hate of KG. you know he's a talented dude and his team is stacked.
if lebron losses in the first round, it wouldn't be a shocker.
they are the 4th seed right now right? so they'll probably play the raptors or wizards.
the cavs can lose to both those teams when chris bosh gets healthy and when caron gets back for the wizards.
hows that trade for "big" ben working out for ya?

As it looks right now, the Celtics would sweep anybody they meet in the First Round, except for Washington (if they somehow fall to 8th).

Over a 7 game series there's zero chance of the Celtics losing to any 8th seed.

KG, Pierce, and Allen would have to go down with injuries at the same exact time in order for this to happen. The Celtics are too strong. I predict they will waltz into the Eastern Conference Finals easily.

The West is a different conference. Over there the eighth seed isn't 18 games below .500
