DeShawn was obviously holding back in that session with reporters around his locker. When he was leaving the building, Mike Lee was chatting him up and mentioned LeBron again. DeShawn has obviously heard enough of that.

"He's overrated," DeShawn told Mike. "And you can say I said that."

Wow. Bet the King won't like that one. Here's hoping that the Wiz manage to jump ahead of Toronto and grab that fifth spot so these teams meet again.

LOL

oh no he didnt!
Dwight Howard on his FT struggles:

"I just think everybody needs to stop talking about it," Howard said. "There's more to life than free throws."

I actually like the player that is not on his level stand up to the big star(bell vs Kobe). Jordan faced his Greg Anthony's and what not. Wade had his D Harris and J Howard talking smack. There's aslways going to be a role player type that will try to discredit the superstar. They believe those stars are somewhat overrated and ain't ****. Of course they are crazy for thinking so but I think it's good they aren't the ones kissing the stars asses. They're just letting them know that when we play I'm giving you hell.

Just adds more fuel to the fire for these two teams.

I'd love to hear more of this stuff. Not every player is as modest or politically correct as they're expected to be.

ds did a great job guarding lebron last nite and imo is one of the most under rated defensive players in the league. on the other hand, i cant see ds holding him under 30 points if they meet again. good drama for espn to lap up tho :nonono:

It's fate that these teams will meet in the playoffs again. As a Raptors fan I wouldn't mind being overtook for the 5th seed :)

I agree with Deshawn. Media needs to get off of the Lebron Bandwagon.

the teams do seem to be on a collision course again. It does seem that there is a bit too much arrogance from the team who went home the last two years when they met. Not just this comment.

Stevenson aka the Locksmith shut down Bron last night. I love that Swagger!

Agreed, wait a minute. Cavs fans DO realize that the Wizards were missing their TWO BEST PLAYERS last year and that the Wizards have a much better roster than the one that lost two years ago by 3 GAME WINNING SHOTS? Cavs fans do know that right?

That's just an awesome comment! Too many nice guys here, saying "Yeah that dude is the best in the NBA etc etc." I like people like that, talking trash about a player. I do hope this Deshawn can hold LBJ down when they meet in the playoffs. I mean if LBJ goes bananas on him similar to when Kobe torched Patterson back in the old days, it'll be too funny!

Yeah, but they're the Wizards, which just kinda means they suck by default...

And someone needs to look at Eddie Jordan's quote about how they guarded LBJ.. If someone thinks Stevenson locked down LBJ on his own, they're stupid people..

The Wizards don't suck o_O... In fact if Tough Juice was allowed to take 6 steps to hit game winners they'd have a much better record than they have now.

Am I the only one who zeroed in on this part? IMO Cleveland catching Orlando is more realistic.
