Good for you. I always get depressed at how negative the title of my own thread sounded. Thanks for bailing me out.

You could have always changed the title Rox. It doesn't matter though, that thread was piling up. I hate going through long threads.

Tmac's message to Charles after the Dallas game was hilarious. Your pic brought back good memories.

In response to some people in the other Rockets thread...

I think everyone should wait till we go through this upcoming 5-6 game stretch before making comments such as "can the rockets win it all", or "are the rockets a team of destiny?". We're still only, what, 4.5 games ahead of the 8th seed in the West? And we still have a bunch of games to go, that is why these next few games are so important. This stretch will determine what the Rockets are made of, hopefully we can win at least 3 of these next 5 games.

Seriously. This could have at least been done after the LA game.

Well at least now the Rockets have one more fan praying desperately for a Houston win.

Cheers, Flash. :D

No Bynum, No Gasol, shooters gone stone cold = walk in the park against the Lakers. I'm already looking passed that game.

If Gasol doesn't play, the Rockets should be favored to win, but you can never discount the Kobe factor.

That's probably the consensus feeling right about now.

Congrats to the Rockets. 21 in a row is, well, 21 in a row. They're a fun team to watch. It's a shame Yao isn't playing. They might be the favorite if he were there.
It took 10 frickin' years, but we've finally got a legitimate franchise player to lead us back to the top.

Wow, seems like a higher being is siding with the Rockets this year. First Dirkless Mavs, then Westless Hornets, now Gasol and Allen injured so they may not participate in the 2 upcoming games.

If key players from the Hornets, Warriors and Suns happen to be injured or suspended prior to their games with the Rockets, we might as well hand over the championship trophy to them.

Looks like the streak outlived the thread.

You know what they say, "haters gon' hate." The critics keep coming up with new arguments, the Rockets keep on winning.

i dont think its an excuse, its pretty much an observation. what the rockets accomplish is nothing short of amazing. whats astounding is that fact that their key players include scola, landry, and to a certain extent deke. a lot of credit has to be given to coach adelman.
i do hope u guys beat the lakers and celtics. and if u do manage to go +3 more, i'll even root for u guys over the warriors. i just enjoy seeing history made.
btw as long as u guys keep winning so will the sharks :)

Should be a great game on ABC on Sunday. Two teams tied for the best record in the West. Rockets putting their 21 game winning streak on the line against the best player in the league. T-Mac versus Kobe (remember all those debates there used to be on these boards about who was better?). Odom versus Battier? Can't wait.
