:o Miami has been badly beaten, but not on muitiple times like Seattle. Sonics have been treated like a NBA player's wife.

I think Miami looks like a much better team when healthy. Simply because of experience level.

Seattle after the trade is def. the worst team in the NBA , they weren't good before the trade but now ...

The Heat would be better if they wouldn't have shut down their best players .
The Sonics don't even have good players to shut down ...

Memphis wants some love too! That Darko/Kwame frontcourt isn't going to laugh at itself, now is it? Wait, it probably is.

Gotta go with the Sonics 'cause a healthy Wade/Marion/Haslem can at least pretend to be okay.

Difficult to say when both teams are just tanking for the #1 pick.

The Sonics are better at every single position.

Watson > Jwill
Durant > Cook
Green or Ricky Davis ( i dunno whos better)
Wilcox > Alexander Johnson
Anyone > Blount

Individually the Sonics are better than a few other teams as well, but basketball's a team sport and I won't comment on the way they're playing right now.

Sonics would probably make the playoffs on the East.

A healthy Heat team with Wade/Marion would probably be a playoff team in the East so I'd have to go with Seattle. They've just looked downright pathetic.

I'd also say Memphis is probably worse, and Minnesota should be in the discussion as well. I'd probably rank them Seattle #1, Memphis #2 and Minny #3.

I took Sonics. They players seem individually good but the whole is less than the sum of their parts.

LOL!

Who said they shut them all down?

Zo's out with what maybe a career ENDING knee injury; which he got earlier in the season.

Dorell Wright is out with a season ending ankle/knee injury.

etc.

Not all but some of them ..

Some of the players like Marion or Banks or whoever is listed day to day right now would play for sure if Miami still has something to win games for.

Not to mention Wade etc.

The Heat now? Or the heat before shutting down wade?

Either way, Seattle is pretty damn bad. All you see/hear when you watch them is: CLANG, CLANG, CLANG, CLANG, CLANG
