They have the Sixers, 1 game UNDER .500 ahead of the Magic (44-24, 20 games OVER .500) and Cavs? Someone needs to give me Steins' dealer's number, cause he's smokin the finest dank in all the land.

Those rankings have everything to do with how a team is playing and not how good the team is. Right now, the Sixers are playing much better than the Cavs are, and probably equal to Orlando.

Yeah I agree, the sixers at this very moment are playing better ball then the cavs, the cavs have been 8-6 since the trade deadline, not very good for a supposed contender

but why are they in front of us? We have the best record in the conference since the AS break.

ESPN's rankings have been a joke all year.

Philly is 8-2 over their past 10 games.
Wins over: Orlando, Phoenix, Detroit
Magic are 8-2 over their past 10.
Wins over: Washington, Toronto
I can definitely understand them being ranked higher at the moment in a weekly power ranking type of setting.

The power rankings are not standing for a reason. The 76ers have been doing better as of late so they deserve the nod.

Especially as Toronto was missing Bosh, and Washington had neither Arenas or Butler. It's to the credit of the Magic that they handled business against weaker teams (which is not always easy to do), but Philly has been on a much more impressive roll of late, IMO.
