If I started an internet petition regarding Sean Elliot?
Would all you League Pass subscribers sign it? Essentially, a petition to ask LP to never pick up the Spurs broadcast if the team they are playing is broadcasting the game.
Tonight, Elliot literally ruined a great game between the Spurs and C's with his color commentary that is more than homeristic. He says things that are flat out ignorant, stupid, and inaccurate. And yet never contributes anything regarding strategy or philosophy to the broadcast.
We pay $200 a year for LP, so if 1000 of us sign, thats $200,000 worth of us paying customers! Who's in?

I agree that Heinsohn is still the worst, but Elliot is gaining on him. Problem is, he cant fall back on the "cute old man with alzheimers" excuse like Tommy can.
And yes there are other bad ones, but right now Elliot is out of control horrid.

Elliot is the worse in pro sports. He thinks he still playing. What makes me mad about Elliot is he doesn't study other teams. He says stuff that showcases he has not watched any or much film on teams. That to me is what seperates him from just being a homer.

Elliot a few years ago: "Dwight Howard has never seen anyone as big and athletic as Rasho Nesterovic."
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.
- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

Yeah Elliott was complete garbage tonight and all nights I watch Spurs games on LP. Even his play by play partner is going with his homeristic idiocy and cheering for them in game, I mean they showed a highlight tonight that showed that they made a bad call against the C's and said "woops, maybe we shouldnt have shown that". Comeon.
I find Tommy at least entertaining sometimes especially when he starts yelling towards the refs. Elliot is just annoying and not entertaining or informing at all.
The Denver color guy is the worst of the 3 though and its not close. I dont know how that guy still has a job. He complains after EVERY call and does it in the most annoying way fathomable. He even finds ways to criticize the refs when they're helping the Nugs too, and the WORLD has a conspiracy against the Nuggets every game from his perspective. Get HIM off the air.

Oh man I thought I was the only one who hated Sean Elliot's commentary. I remember when the Rockets first played the Spurs this season, Elliot was absolutely ridiculous. I remember Yao was playing pretty darn good defense on TD, and TD kept missing baby hook shots. After TD missed yet another hook shot Elliot said, "Pretty soon Timmy's gonna stop the hook shots, extend that arm and dunk in Yao's mouth"...I was in awe, like wtf is that?
I haven't listened to Tommy Heinshohn, but Sean Elliot is absolutely HORRIBLE. I'd sign the petition gladly.
