Yeah, I just know you have to come off the bench for a certain amount of games. Looking at his stats he should qualify easy.

Most 6th men of the year candidates play heavy minutes. I think the only qualification is that he doesn't start in more games than he does start.

67 games, 24 starts. Even if he starts every game from now on, it will still be less than half the games he's played. So he's eligible by the letter of the law, if not by its spirit. That's for voters to decide.
