Someone had to ask - Are the Heat starters NBA's worst ever?

Before I go ahead, let's be clear that the Heat starters are largely the way they are as a result of unfortunate circumstance. I wish them well, and obviously they'd be a hell of a lot better if everyone was healthy (or willing) enough to play.
That said...
I have never seen a worse starting line in an NBA game in well over a decade of watching. This is coming from a guy from Vancouver--believe me, I've watched some awful teams.
Rick Kamla noted on NBA TV Daily that it's the worst line he'd ever seen before. He had to grab his notes to figure out the players' full names. The question needs to be asked--is it the worst starting line ever?

"We reached for the stars this year, and I can assure you we'll finish higher than the so-called champs. And you said Zeke don't deliver"
"But they were champions two years ag-"
"Son are you seriously questioning me?? Year doesn't matter!"
"But Zeke did win two of them"
"That was 18 years ag-"
"Now you're just arguing semantics"

I guess you didn't see the post-Jordan Bulls teams....who managed to score less (against the Heat coincidentally) than the Heat did last night

Holy crap, and I thought the Grizzlies were bad when they played here. To be fair, Kukoc and Ron Harper were pretty good players in their prime. At least they had more than 2 subs
The real question is: How did they manage to lose when they had
Rusty LaRue on the roster?

Those CHI teams were absolutely terrible!
At least miami has some good players out, those CHI team had almost nothing but scrubs on the roster.

Chris Quinn played 48 minutes last night. I mean...I don't even know how to respond to that.

I'd heard about Haslem being out, but why aren't Williams and Marion playing? Do they have legitimate issues? When you're 4 games behind the next worse team, there's no need to tank anymore.

Miami had a 7 man rotation last night. This was their whole team:
Chris Quinn
Daequan Cook
Earl Barron
Ricky Davis
Mark Blount
Bobby Ray Jones
Joel Anthony
When Ricky Davis and Mark Blount are your big (and only) two, that's pretty damn rough.

Sad thing is that Ricky Davis is the star of that team.
I expect a spike of suicides in Miami. Well not that i think about, hardly anyone in Miami cares.

It's horribly embarrasing we lost to the Heat
But don't forget that Marion was active and did play.
He was not 100% but still managed to pull down 12 rebounds and have 3 blocks

That was a pretty embarrassingly bad line up. I'm not sure which is worse. The twin towers of Earl Barron and Mark Blount or the fiesty backcourt of Chris Quinn and D Cook. Look at the shot chart of Blount/Barron.
Now we have a lot of silly threads about whether UCLA would win a game in the NBA but I'd be curious as to whether this group could. I doubt it.

I'd take the terrible Chicago lineups over that lineup.
Chris Quinn? Daequan Cook? Earl Barron? Mark Blount? Bobby Ray Jones? Joel Anthony?
Could that team even beat an NBDL team without Ricky Davis?

Last nights squad would be a relegation battler in ACB(Spanish league)

Is Marcus Banks "injured" right now? I was just wondering why he didn't play yesterday.

Banks has a bad Hamstring and is out for 2 weeks. Marion has a bad back and is out as well. Now Jason Williams has a bad ankle and a bruised ego so he is sitting as well.
Miami was awarded an exception to sign a 16th player to their roster. Preferably a NBDL All Star.
