Believe it or not... Vancouver...
St. Louis
Baltimore
San Diego
Louisville (they do like their basketball down here)

Oklahoma City just proved they will support an NBA franchise. They were given the opportunity, and passed it with flying colors.

Let me clarify by saying that the NBA should NOT expand, but if you're going to move a franchise to a city, Oklahoma City probably shouldn't be it. There are several other markets that would probably do better supporting a team.

I doubt there's a fanbase for it, really. The Bulls have a huge loyal fanbase. Til this day, I still wonder why Los Angeles has 2 teams.
