Donnie Walsh will not return to Indy and Bird will take his CEO position.

I think Larry will remain GM while someone else will take over the CEO position that Donnie is currently holding (more of a general management of Conseco Fieldhouse and the business side of the franchise). Both would probably answer equally to the owners.
