Well who do you believe is a much better player but for whatever reason can't excel in his current team?

AK-47. He really excels when playing power forward... Then again... Maybe similar to Gerald Wallace it was the fact that he was playing so much PF that was causing him to get injured time and time again...

Emeka Okafor. He could be an All-Star if his skills were properly utilized...

Tyrus Thomas.
He barely even plays and even in the few minutes he does play, Boylan doesn't use him right.
He sticks him out on the perimeter to play like an SF, when clearly he is much more effective as a PF. Half the shots he gets are when the shot clock is running down, too.
The few games after the trade he was putting up some good numbers before he was banished to the bench once again.
It seriously bugs me how a guy who could be so instrumental to the Bulls' future success is getting so little burn. He has the potential to be a hell of a player on both sides of the ball, but because he doesn't get time, his natural abilities are going to waste.
The guy ahead of him, Gooden, is playing very well but there's no reason that they can't find 20-25 consistent minutes for Thomas to help him develop.

I agree with this. I think he could be an 18/11/1/1/2 player right now if he was properly utilized.

Kapono. Besides TJ, no one else on the team even looks for him.

Jamario Moon. Someone should send him and Smitch a memo saying that he can't shoot. Seriously, Jamario should be a defensive, hustle guy. Not the second Carlos Delfino...

Rafer Alston. On Houston he is being asked to hit the open shots when that just isn't his game.

As a homer I have to say Amir Johnson. Saunders doesn't even include him on offense. He just stands there and looks around with a frown on his face.

Kirilenko is a 17/8/4/3/2 player if he were the starting PF for most teams and he were given the ball on offense.
But with Boozer and Okur he really has no place on the Jazz to be that guy, and he can't leave the perimeter to play low post defense for the Jazz all the time.
But that guy is a legit all-star playing power forward for any team.

Sergio Rodriguez. He hardly plays at all, and when he does, Nate McMIllan puts the brakes on him. He would flourish in a system like Phoenix runs..(ironically Phoenix traded his draft rights to Portland)

John Salmons on the Kings, he seems to get it going only when logging a lot of minutes (~30) and take a good portion of the ball handling duties, "problem" is that with Martin and Artest back, and having a PG on the roster, his minutes/shots and role has reduced, and he doesn't produce with the same capacity anymore, during the Kings injuries when he had volume to operate ho posted very good number and performances.
Around the league, I'd say Ben Gordon has a serious case, he has one of best jump shots in the league, quick release, varying positions, and high accuracy, the problem is that Chicago has no one who can create offense, no real dribble penetration (Hienrich can get to the rack but is a bad finisher) and no post up player, and he can't use screens since most of big men in Chicago in the last 3 years don't have range and he's not a good in rolling to the basket, I believe if he plays with a dominant post player, a good point guard or a balanced team, he can rack up great scoring numbers.
