Scary thought

Post#1 » by Vindicater » Fri Mar 28, 2008 6:00 am

Seriouslly guys

Whoever misses out on the playoffs in the West (Warriors, Nuggets or Mavs) is gonna be in the lottery...

Just imagine if they luck out... it will be like San Antonio with Duncan all over again...
"That's why the last two years weren't guaranteed," Walsh said. "Either way, he knew it could have happened either way."

You can add Portland to that mix.

That is quite scary. In all likelihood, they'll get a late lotto pick but imagine like Golden State with Michael Beasley?

Imaging whoever does not make the playoffs in the West would have home court advantage in the East.

but he is way too all for them. they'd just take another guard so they can go wit a five guard line-up. maybe have OJ mayo play PF

Nah, you fail with that lame attempt to make fun of Nellie's system.

Imagine any type of athletic dominate post player on the Warriors. Someone like Kevin Garnett would take the Warriors to a whole nother level.

Remember, since the return of Stephen Jackson the Warriors got 40 wins before 20 losses and would have a top 5 record in the league right now. That's without a dominate big man. Someone like Kevin Garnett or Pau Gasol joining that line-up would be a nightmare for most teams.

Even someone like LeBron James would be scary on the Warriors. Imagine LeBron playing the PF position, causing mismatches all day.

Which seed was SA in the year of Duncan's draft? 17th seed and 14th in chances of getting the first pick for barely missing the playoffs? :o :o

The worst than could happen is Beasly goingo to Portland, very very scary...

somehow I think the Nuggets could get the #2 pick, have a "pretty good" regular season of like 50 wins and still not do squat in the playoffs.
