Sick of Incompetent Refs and ATL score keepers

How do the referrees miss this call? Its so blantantly obvious that they clock started early. When confronted about it, the refs say, no it didn't. What the hell?
How much does it cost these days to buy off refs and clock keepers? For this crap to have happened in ATL 3 times already... doesn't that arouse any suspicion?
