Who Officially Clinched Yesterday?

Hey guys,
Since I can't find a thread regarding playoff seedings, can anyone post the teams that officially clinched playoff spots as of yesterday in both conferences?
Thanks.
Also, as someone who wants Phoenix to win the West, did they clinch yesterday?
NBA.com says they did, ESPN.com says they didn't.
Who is right? NBA or ESPN.com in regards to that?

Because I've gone on three different sites and not all of them are the same regarding the standings.
I REALLY want to know about Phoenix's status...
Two sites say they didn't clinch, but NBA.com says they did...

Phoenix didnt clinch yet, it doesnt say so in the newspaper. So i'm not going to believe any other sites.

The Suns official site also says they clinched because of Denver's loss.
So now, NBA.com, ESPN.com, and nba.com/suns all say they clinched.
I guess it's now official that they did clinch...

Only teams that haven't clinched are the Mavericks, Warriors, Nuggets, Hawks and Pacers. Of course, only 3 of those teams can clinch.
