Hammond to the Bucks!

Good pick up, the Bucks have a talented team and therefore should be able to make some promising moves to help the team. There is no reason with that much talent they shouldn't be in the playoffs every year.
My first move would be to try to dump Redd and get some guys to build around Bogut.
