No Not the Boston Celtics, no not the La Lakers, or the Houston Rockets, or the NO Hornets...

Yes you guessed it, the Memphis Grizzlies!

Pau gets traded to the Lakers for Kwame Brown!!!

Domino effect occurs:

Shaq is traded to the Suns, Kidd is traded to the Mavs

and what do we have? An amazing Western Conference season where all 8 team are closely battling for a spot, the top teams are fighting for the #1 seed, the bottom teams are fighting for a #7,8 spot.

Even though Mavs might have gotten worse with the trade, it makes the 1st round that much more interesting, they could face Lakers, Rockets, Hornets possibly

And Even though Suns got better or worse with Shaq, they will likely face Spurs in the 1st round

An amazing Western Conference battle thanks to the Grizzlies for helping create a Domino effect that has the fans craving for the playoffs.

Good luck next year Memphis you truly are the MVT (Most Valuable Team) for 2008

MVT should be what team is best without their super-star

Portland - Zach Randolph (or Oden..whichever) = +.500 team.
Therefore, the current Portland team is the MVT

I'm just giving credit to Memphis for making this NBA WC so amazing because their trade made others trade!

Duiz is just a little baby who hates the Lakers when I clearly wasn't trying to talk about them!

well... how about the Kyle Korver trade? The Jazz were 16-16 and now they are 53-27. That is a 37-11 record in 2008, which is best in the NBA.

Not it's not. Rockets are 39-10 in 2008.

You are right, I hadn't updated the number. They were tied somewhere last week, so I thought the record still held. If it doesn't, that means that Utah has the second highest. Sans 22 games winning streak.
