If Isiah has been fired, this is truly a sad day for the New York Knicks and the entire sport of basketball.

I don't think firing is sufficient punishment for all he's done to that poor team and its fans. Can't they embarrass him somehow?
If I was the owner I would have done it during a game. Gotten a microphone and gone out with two big ass security guards between the 1st and 2nd quarter and given a little speech about what a douchebag he is, then had the security guards escort him off the court and throw him out the door. I'd also have a camera man follow them as they were taking him outside and put it up on the scoreboard so the fans could seem them literally throw him outside.
Maybe I'm a little more vindictive than most people.

There are lots of variations. If you wanted to include the crowd you could do one of thos cheers where people hold up signs to different portions of the crowd and the crowd yells whatever's on the signs. Get two signs, one says "you're," and the other says "fired."

It was bound to happen sometime, although I don't believe the daily news. Especially Peter Vescey, he's always making up garbage.
