Can somebody tell me how many current HOF big men verbally disrespected other big men in THE MEDIA as much as shaq?

I Loved shaq coming out of LSU, but his constant negative comments towards other players is getting old.

I'm pretty sure Wilt and Russell went at it for a fair while.

You'll have to excuse Shaq. He has a gignatic ego and was the main reason the Lakers dynasty fell apart.

well shaq is shaq

but overall it probably have to do with the fact that most bigs are involved with very physical plays when they guard eachother

He was the main reason why there was a Lakers dynasty.

That's true but there's also no denying that his ego tore that team apart... Shaq has a history of letting his ego and feelings of self-entitlement get the better of him.

"there's no denying"??

There is a huge body of people who believe Kobe was the reason the Lakers dynasty fell apart. Whether it was Kobe or Shaq, it's clearly not clear cut either way so putting it all, or even most on Shaq is foolish. Most likely both Kobe and Shaq were major reasons.

Shaq has no right to complain about anyone's flopping because last season and the season before, whenever he was benched or criticized for not hustling or playing defense, the first thing he resorted to was flopping. He'd take a charge and dive into the stands in order to get the fans back on his side like he did this year as soon as he got to Phoenix. What a hypocrite.

shaq has heavily embarrassed his enforcer role with the suns. im not surprised at any of the insults that hes going to throw at us for the rest of the series.

i wanted to start a separate thread for this, but it might as well go here.

the MDE has been swept 6 times in his career, possibly 7 if the spurs close this out on sunday. he was humiliated last night, his weaknesses exposed like never before.

Duncan > shaq, both on and off the court, as a player and as a leader. clever sound bites, kiddy movies and sheriff cameos cant change that.
