I just saw a commercial saying howard admitted on a radio show earlier to smoking during the offeseason.

Sorry i have no link or naything, but the 6:00PM Eastern Sportscenter is going to have talk on the subject.

Anybody know of this?

Not sure how well this goes with the media, considering Howard's viewed as a good, clean guy (other than some above-average things in games over the years), and has had an average off-court situation.

Personally, it doesn't effect how I feel about him and enjoy watching him play, especially since it supposedly doesn't effect what he does. Still wonder somewhat, though, about that.

But I was definitely surprised to hear of that just now, and don't agree with smoking that stuff, unless it's for medical reason.

It's stupid for him to admit this. There is nothing wrong with smoking weed, but the moronic media will jump on him for it and the NBA will definetely not be happy. There is no problem with him smoking, but how dumb is it to come out and admit it for no reason?

haha I'm watching HOT LIST right now, and they brought this up before going to commercial, and they played a bunch of footage of Josh, well someone screwed up because they had Dwight Howard in there about 3 times instead of Josh...

As long as its in the off-season, and does not screw up any workout routine he participates in, I have absolutely 100% no problem with this whatsoever.
