Why did Larry Brown take the Bobcats job when the Mavs/Suns

Brown actually seems to prefer rebuilding jobs. The only made situation, I remember for him was Detroit.

Mavs are definitely open and I would say so are Suns if they lose tonight...but to answer your question, maybe you didn't know he is from North Carolina? He went to UNC where he was coached by Dean Smith and his first coaching job was at Davidson just outside of Charlotte.

Larry wants GM-like power and MJ is Isiaheque enough to let him have that power. So trade your average veteran for a young stud early. Lakers have dibs on Fisher or Odom for G.Wallace.

Yeah, I was joking. Not only was he only given 1 year, but he was given a roster that had more chemistry and identity issues than any coach could handle, HOF or not. And they still had a semi-decent year, comparably speaking.

larry brown shouldve had given another chance with the knicks imo

in his first season with the knicks, there was one time they got there heads straight and won what? 10 games straight...and folded ....they were getting there imo.

Less expectation with Bobcats. Mavs or Suns aren't winning the title with their current makeup as long as Tim Duncan's in the NBA.
