People correctly state defense is important, but offense matters to. Looking at the Spurs/Hornets series you see how difficult it is to win with an average offense.
Can posters on realgm finally acknowledge that you either have to be very good at both ends of the game and that defense alone is just as bad as offense alone?

And "playoff experience" is overrated. If we lose to SA, it's because they are better, not because they played more playoff games.

Ugh, just because Horry hit a game winning shot against Detroit in 2005 doesn't mean a thing today. Have you watched him play, he's sucked all year yet the announcers/fans never call him out.

Well if both teams are exactly the same, with Julian Wright and Horry being the only difference, you wouldn't be down 2 to them.

This is why I always say the team with HC Advantage is supposed to win the series. It is just difficult to win on the road against good teams come playoff time.
