In the post game presser, LeBron James said that of all the guys in the league that he's had to go up against Paul Pierce is the 2nd toughest matchup with Kobe Bryant being the toughest. I was happy to see LeBron giving credit to Pierce when few people around the league will acknowledge his greatness. Every year there seems to be a question as to whether Pierce will make the all-star game. (This year people wanted Caron Butler and Hedo Tuckoglu in the AS game over Pierce.) IMO, and apparently in LeBron's as well, Pierce is the 2nd best SF in the league right now.

What do you think of LeBron's comments about Pierce? Is Pierce the 3rd most dangerous wing player in the league?

Paul Pierce is my favorite player. After LeBron, it's hard to say who's second best, but Pierce does deserve more respect.

I love pierces game, but it bugs the **** out of me when he does that head waggle, and grimace like hes getting killed.


Almost akin to Manu, who I hate with the burning pasion of a 1,000 suns for his flopping crap.


He's so good beuase he slithers his way around players, and near the basket. He is actaully slow as hell, but super effective with it. Odd, and strange but true.

I watched the post game interview. Lebron said Pierce had the second best FOOTWORK of anyone in the league next to Kobe.
