Strengths: Very quick, can get in the lane with ease. Amazing finisher. A one man fast break

Weakness: An average defender. Only has adequate court vision and passing skills. Has poor range on his shot. His mid range shot is inconsistent.

PLUS
Excellent movement w/o the ball and coming of screens, good shooter and defender

Zydrunas:

Strenghts: Great mid range shooter, Good rebounder, Can get offensive rebound tip ins due to his height

Weaknesses: The least athletic guy in the NBA, deteriorating post game, below average defender.

Plus: Top level athleticism, great knack for scoring, decent shooter, pretty solid all around.

Minus: Not much of a passer, disappears at times, okay but not great free-throw shooter.

Haslem:

Strengths: Good rebounder, solid post defender, can hit the midrange shot consistently

Weakness: Doesn't have a good post game, can easily disappear in a game, hasn't shown to be that good when not alongside a dominant center.

Rondo:

Strengths: Great defender, ballhandler, ability to make plays, improving offensive game, fast

Weakness: Jumpshot is not consistent, offensive game is not yet developed, may not ever be a 1st option player, free throw shooting

Granger:

Strengths: Nice range, doesn't force shots, improved rebounding.

Weakness: Lacks explosiveness and aggresiveness. Should develop that over time, though.

Paul Pierce

Strengths- Very quick, deceptive first step, very clutch late in games, has really turned up his defense

Weaknesses- defers to his teammates too much in some cases, lets his emotions get the best of him.

Weaknesses: sometimes has spotty shot selection, though just about any shot is a good shot... Sometimes gets in what I like to call "modes" where he's either passing too much, or shooting too much, instead of just reacting to what happens.
