Why does the NBA delete all of the fights on youtube?

I'm talking about the Pistons-Pacers brawl, they remove all of the vids and the only ones that are out there are put up recently. Same thing with the Knicks-Nuggets fight, they remove it.
Try searching for NBA Brawl on youtube and you get nothing good.
That's why youtube is going down the drain, all you have to do is present some $$$ and they'll remove anything. If it was copyright infringement all of the mixes people put up would be deleted too, but they are not. The fights mess up the NBA's image but do they actually have a case for removing those?

All of it is copyright infringement - but the NBA really only has an incentive to use that sword to remove videos that hurt its image (i.e. fights).

Yes I noticed that as well. They are very quick to remove anything negative, especially fights.

Just be happy that the NBA doesn't force youtube to delete ALL its highlights unlike certain other major sports....

I wish the NBA was more physical, they say this up & down is for fans. As a fan, this physicality is tight, you see players really get into it and only the mental & physical ones win.

I don't think people in Indiana liked the brawl.
I find it amazing how much people still won't acknowledge about it. Stuff like Artest blatantly hitting Wallace in the back of the head in what was supposedly an average foul. Stuff like saying that Artest was hit with beer, when it clearly had ice in it. There's so many excuses for Artest and every single NBA player had to pay for it.
Now the NBA can never have drama, or it's penalized. If fans get too excited it's a problem. That brawl messed up everything.

I consider it the most embarrassing moment in the NBA
both fans and players acted like jackasses. Players going into the stands and punching fans. Running cross court to punch a fan on the court. Unacceptable.
and then fans throwing beer/chairs/ whatever else
not mentioning Tinsley with the dust pan

give it a year or two. maybe some more and players will be fined for listening to rap and wearing baggy clothes...oh wait that already happened.

Agreed.
I watched it unfold live and it was shocking then - but looking at it now almost four years later and it's even more shocking. Someone who sees something good in that footage must be young/immature or possess a warped view of it IMO.
