CLIPPERS sending 7th pick overall and a future 1st round draft pick to Seattle for the 4th pick overall

If the first is unprotected that is a good deal for Seattle/Okla. City. I would guess the Sonics would go for a pt guard or maybe Lopez and the paper clips would take who........?

why would the sonics do that?

Dont see Mayo there at 4. If the Clippers were to move Kaman, as one of many rumors has suggested, then the Clippers could take Kevin Love.

I can confirm that I heard the same thing per ESPN radio 1070 in Indianapolis.

Dear God, this is insane, too many trades already.

Good trade for both teams. Seattle picks up an extra first rounder at some point, and Clippers get a shot at Mayo.

maybe there is a Brand trade in the works for a follow up and they are playing to draft Love.

If not the Clips would love Mayo to get a PG

I wonder what protection is involved. If the Clippers stick to their money-before-wins strategy, and continue to have the injury luck they've had in the last 20 years, that could be a very good pick.

Only rumors so far so i wouldnt get too carried away. If i'm the clippers and need a pg i stay at 7 and wait for Bayless, Westbrook or Augustin to drop to me. I dont give up a future 1st to draft one of these guys at 4. My guess is they think enough of Love at 4 to guarantee to get one of the top 4, you all know who the other 3 are.
