I think the Bisons, Thunderbirds and Bandits are the three best.

The Oklahoma City "We don't deserve the team that was stolen by some schmuck who grew up here and decided to screw over an entire state / region just to live out his childhood fantasies"

Dwight Howard on his FT struggles:

"I just think everybody needs to stop talking about it," Howard said. "There's more to life than free throws."

I can't take credit for it, but I liked the OKC bandits idea posted on the Pistons board.

Although I'm leaning towards "Oklahoma City We don't deserve the team that was stolen by some schmuck who grew up here and decided to screw over an entire state / region just to live out his childhood fantasies" as a close second.

Well, I'm not a Sonic fan, if thats what you're implying.

I've been following the situation closely, and if there's something incorrect in what i typed out, please tell me.

1. If the city of OKC wanted a team so badly, they could go through legitimate means of getting one (expansion, moving a team AFTER the lease is up, especially one that's struggling monitarily / support wise)

2. Bennett is from there, and it has always been his dream to bring a team there. He's stated this himself multiple times, included in those emails that SHOULD have condemned him

3. The Seattle metro area, as well as the surrounding region and fans abroad (not just Sonic fans) are screwed here. It shows that the NBA cares...about money, money, saving face, and money. Sure, the arena could have been handled better, but there are other franchises that were and still are in worse shape than Seattle, but it doesn't matter as long as you have deep enough pockets to buy everyone off.

Although I am now a mere 5 hours away from the closest NBA team, this doesn't sit well with me. I mean, Oklahoma City? wtf? I can think of numerous cities more deserving of an NBA team with Seattle being one of them.

More of a ring than

The Oklahoma City "We don't deserve the team that was stolen by some schmuck who grew up here and decided to screw over an entire state / region just to live out his childhood fantasies"?

I mean, mine just rolls right off the toungue

How bout the Oklahoma City " we got a team and Seattle doesn't " ?

Sounds like a winner to me.
