Source said that he is 7'5 tall and 350 pounds, and sometimes play basketball 1-on-1 with Shaq in summer.

Yes, the pic is real. I remember seeing a thread about this guy a few years ago, but I can't for the life of me remember his name.
Edit: I tried looking him up, but did not have any luck. But I can assure you that this pic is legit & that guy is in no way related to Shaq.
Anyways, that guy is not even close to being the tallest, check out Leonid Stadnyk, he is 8' 5":

just because someone is tall and heavy doesnt make them a basketball player, i play 1 on 1 with my 5 year old brother and i beat him every time, i bet thats how shaq is with that fool if he is actually real

No way it's a legit pic. I'm sure the guy is huge but no way anyone looks that much bigger then shaq. The guy "Shaq" in the pic looks really small. When Shaq stands next to a wall hanging his head it close to the top in this pic the guy looks like he comes about half way. I doubt the guy 6 feet.

The picture is real. The guy next to Shaq is Calvin Lane, who is 7'6. Look him up.
Who cares, though? Shaq would dominate this guy on the basketball court.
