1st team, Because of their defense, and their great Big man (Yao Ming)

Team #1 (Yao) has great defense and three excellent three-point shooters, along with the best post threat in the game.

Team #2 has two slashers that aren't credible three-point threats, one good defender (Howard), and two jump shooting big men.

Let's hope it doesn't come down to the benches. But I'll take Team #1 quite easily.

Team 1 by FAR.

Team 1 has a great big man surrounded by outside shooters, and is pretty decent defensively.

Team 2's frontcourt is AWFUL and would be abused by Team 1's. That and they have no reliable outside shooting whatsoever (other than Kapono, who upon entering the game would make the defense infinitely worse) as well as a subpar defense.
