Artest to Rockets deal official

The Houston Rockets announced that they have acquired forward Ron Artest from the Sacramento Kings, the Associated Press is reporting.

In addition to Artest, Houston acquired forward Patrick Ewing, Jr. and guard Sean Singletary from the Kings in exchange for guard Bobby Jackson, rookie forward Donte Greene and the Rockets' first-round draft pick in 2009.

Was pretty much well known, was reported almost a month ago. The deal just took a while to process.

But yeah Houston lookin' good this upcoming season not baring any major injury. (God it's like I said this the past 3-4 seasons about Houston now)

Quite late, but yeah, I dig the deal for both teams

Houston has to stay healthy, though... and that'll be their only excuse now.

for some reason i still think the rockets will fail.

plus two head cases on one team is no good (rafer and artest)
