Whats Their Value?

I thought this would be a fun game that will show us where everyone thinks players value is and how much they should be paid. The idea is to list a player, his strengths and his weakness's and then what their current salary is. Then its the poster who posts next, job to say how much they think he should be paid and why. When judging a players salary, please no "a bag of potato chips" or anything like that, people put some time into what they will be writing and that is just wasting it. Also use what other players on the same skill level make as a little guideline but dont use that as a deciding factor.

Jamal Crawford
Strengths - He is a good scorer and comes through often in cunchtime situations. He has the ability to play point guard but is better suited to backup the position and play mostly shooting guard. He would be a good second option on a team with a good post player that can get in the air (with Howard on the Magic, or Amare on the Suns would be a good fit) because hes great at getting into the lane and throwing lobs.
Weakness' - Hes a below average defender but hes been getting better every year. He shoots a poor filed goal % but I believe that is large in part of the lack of coaching and the fact that he is the number 1 option in the Knick offense and he should really be a number two or three.

you really had to be an ass and not follow the rules on a first post?
Why do you think Crawford is worth 6 million? Looking around the league at other players that make 6 million Id say he is way better than almost all of them (of course some rookie contract and players that improved after they signed a contract).
Shaq is probably worth 7-9 million on his current talent but is worth more to teams because of the revenue he brings in. But like I said based on what he brings to the team and what other players bring making around the same much id say he is worth in between 7-9 million.

shaq-
pros: hes big, he can clog the lane. hes a good passing center. he can still score, sometimes at will. he will get you a block or 2 and still a good rebounder.
cons: hes old, a lot of miles on his legs. ultra-injury-prone!! it would be a mircale if he can play 50-60 games a season. and hes way overpaid. he cant make his freethrows either.
worth: 9 million

pros : talented scorer and a pest defensively. He's an excellent team mate and fearless in the clutch. He can also run the show for short stints.
cons: Injury prone due to his skinny frame, inconsistent at times.
He isn't worth the max due to his age and the fact that he can't be relied upon to carry a team. He's definitely a star in his own right and has excellent value.
7-8 million seems like a fair estimate.
Next: Bruce Bowen, judging his value has proven to be difficult in the past.

Pros: Can still defend the jesus out of the perimeter. Consistent. Can guard anywhere from 1-3
Cons: Getting slower, not being able to hit that shot from the wing as often anymore.
I'd say he would be worth 3-5 million.

Pros: Excellent low post scorer, is extremely young, can create his own shot, excellent rebounder, good skill to play bigger than his actual size.
Cons: Size, plays out of position, not great jumpshot, not the best interior passer.
I say right now because of his youth and his upside.... He is worth 10-12 million dollars per year.
