NOTABLE:
T-Mac passes up Chris Paul for the starting nod
Yi is 3rd in the voting, about 140K behind KG. Still way ahead of Bosh and Paul Pierce and every other player that is more deserving than him.
Brandon Roy doesn't have any fans

LOL....what do you people see in T-Mac? he clearly doesn't even deserve to go to the game, lawlz at his popularity of the old.

Thank you for all the memories BRoy. You were a class act and brought hope to an entire region for 5 years. You will be missed.

Re: Updated All Star Returns
I'm surprised that T-Mac is still so popular.
Good to see Devin Harris' vote totals sky rocket. Still don't understand how Ridnour is ahead of guys like Johnson and Nelson. I'd add Calderon to that list, but he and the Raps have been disappointing, so I'm not really surprised.
Arenas =

Brandon Roy s arguably the 3rd best SG in the league.
Nations sleeping on this player.
Roy will be lacing them up in Phoenix.
Their is absolutely ZERO doubt that he will left off the team.
Atleast he will be acknowledged by the coaches and voted in.

Re: Updated All Star Returns
Those Chinese voters are really destroying the validity of All-Star game voting. No way McGrady should be starting over Paul or Roy. T-Mac will probably decline to play so it doesn't really make a big difference.

This is the state of modern day political discourse.

Alston is over Roy? Wow the fans know jack squat about basketball. The All Star game should just be abolished alltogether though since the fans would be all like pissy and stuff if their voting rights got taken away from then and the all stars were hand picked by the NBA, but as I said, the fans know jack squat and should not be voting AT ALL.

He plays with Yao and there are no Chinese guards.

B.Roy being voted in last year is by far more tolerable then Yi Jianlian being voted in this year.

Fan voting for the ASG is a complete joke.
That said, it does make me laugh seeing freakin' Yi Jianlian getting so many votes.

I normally don't care either, but what got to me about this years voting is how Rafer Alston is ahead of Roy. a freaking SCRUB is ahead of Roy. The fans who vote really show there IQ when it comes to basketball. So much ignorance.

It's not even just Roy, Alston is also ahead of Billups, which is a joke.

Yeah that is riduculous as well. But I am a Blazers and Roy fan so I care more about that than Billups getting. But year it is a crying shame that the fans control the starters and whatnot for this game.

Where are the posters that were arguing last year that voters over in China didnt have an effect on the ASG voting?

I don't particularly care if Billups gets in either, it's just stupid that Alston is getting so many votes compared to players who are WAY more deserving.

Yeah, because a $200 piece of technology could REALLY persuade coaches that make millions every year...
And it's not like Roy was leading his team on a 13 game winning streak or something, right?
