1. Nice try. At the time you posted the FTs were 10-8 Detroit (and PFs were 9-8 Detroit).
2. The Pistons attacked the paint in the second quarter. The Magic shot nothing but jumpers because their All-World center is getting owned.

The NBA....where a player can get tackled, and HE gets a technical.

Nice win by Atlanta to finish an 8 game home stand with a 7-1 record.

Impressive.

Devin Harris and Derrick Rose are just going back and forth. I thought the Lakers had problems defending PG's but maybe Fisher/Farmar aren't so bad. It's like they are just going around pylons in a skills contest.....
I'm so tired of the typical......

Can't win em' all, Magic always have trouble in Detroit, as long as we have home court vs them I have full confidence we''d take them in a series
aol4532 on bill russell
I think if you put McGee back then, he would get those blocks just as easily as Russell did. Russell's athleticism was well ahead of the players of his time, and that's about it.

Interesting, I was going to say the same thing about the Pistons--except that Orlando can have home court. It won't matter.

Nene didn't play though, and he is a big part of this Denver team.

Yea, I would not be upset if we saw Orlando in the 1st round. Dwight still doesn't have enough of an offensive game for them to be a legitimate threat for the title. They live and die by that 3. And even when they hit a bunch like tonight, they are still beatable.

Dumars still needs to move one of these SG's though. Can't go back to small ball and expect to get anything done in the playoffs.

the magic jack so many **** three's its a joke they even get to the line.

and why would the refs favor the pistons when rasheed curses the **** out of them... like on one play they couldn't decided if they should give howard free throws and they had a conference... so rasheed kept on yelling "Y'all don't know what y'all are doing".

It wasn't about whether Howard should get free throws; they couldn't figure out who to call the foul on. One guy was calling it on Rasheed, and Sheed was saying that he wasn't guarding Howard and wasn't anywhere near him. And he was right; it was Amir Johnson who was guarding Howard and clearly wrapped him up for the foul. You're not talking about two guys slapping at the ballhandler at the same time; we're talking about one guy wrapping his arms around the ballhandler and the other guy guarding someone else. It was plain as day. That's what Sheed's beef was; that he was getting considered for the foul when there are three officials not watching the play properly.

thanks, i was listening to the kelser and blaha and wasn't looking but heard sheed kept yelling stuff to the refs and at one point Joe Forte comes to rasheed and says "we can't look at the replay"

Why the hell did the Rockets keep going to Yao in the clutch? What kind of 7-6 center goes 4-14 from the field?

Great win by the Wiz showing some heart and resilience on the road without Tough Juice.

Not to mention their whole comeback came without Yao on the floor. Blatche stoned Yao pretty much all game.

That's good because nobody wants to be in the city of detroit any longer than necessary

Kudos, quite troll-esque.
