Which duo would you rather build a new team around?

I’d say Luka/Duncan. I like Jokic and Kobe both over Luka, but i’m not passing up on Duncan paired with another superstar.

For the current Bulls probably Kobe and Jokic.

Hard to go wrong, but Duncan is a GOAT candidate who gives me a 50 win floor for Luka to help elevate. So I'd take them. Plus there is that likely issue of Kobe not dealing well with Jokic being the best player on the team. So given the opportunity to avoid that, its an easy choice here.

If I'm honest, I kinda want to take the "proven" duo here in Kobe + uber Pau, although Duncan + Luka should mix better in theory.

This place is a cesspool of mindless ineptitude, mental decrepitude, and intellectual lassitude. I refuse to be sucked any deeper into this whirlpool of groupthink sewage. My opinions have been expressed. I'm going to go take a shower.

Nah those guys would get offended no matter what. I've posted so many pro-Kobe posts over the years where they lose their **** because its not pro enough.

So I can't post worrying about how those guys are going to react, I have to post what I think to be true. Jokic is a better player right now than Kobe ever was and he's likely not at his peak yet and we know Kobe couldn't handle Shaq's primacy. And he and Pau only worked because Pau understood how Kobe thought and made sure to never appear to be his equal even though in many ways he very much was.

If we can talk about a player's on-court flaws, we need to be able to talk about flaws to their mentality that impact their teams as well.

Kobe/Jokic would be the most unstoppable offense of all time, we already know how well Kobe plays with talented bigs, guaranteed dynasty.

Nah, Curry/Shaq would be the most unstoppable offensive duo of all time.
