For this thread define combined peak as a two seasons peak with one being the player's best season in the East and the other his best in the West.
You can use the current club assignments to franchises.

First to come to mind are 64/67 Wilt, 74/77 Kareem and 2013/2020 LeBron. 95/2000 Shaq and 90/93 Barkley would be on there somewhere as well. 2017/2021 KD would be great too.
I think the biggest beneficiary would be 04/08 KG though. His Timberwolves offense with his Celtics defense would be scary. 2016/2019 Kawhi would be similar with his Spurs defense and Raptors offense.
Probably missing some and obviously not counting people who only played for one franchise or on multiple franchises in the same conference.

Great list. But I meant two-years peak as an evaluation of the two seasons, not the best traits of each of these.
