That's actually an interesting (nerdy) question. Each current team, 15 players, every player has to play exactly 16 minutes. Who wins the title? Maybe a thread for the off-season.

The Pistons would get destroyed by the Lakers and Celtics. Not even a contest with the Lakers.
The Piston's advantages in their two championship eras was that they could field 4-5 all-star/all-defense players so there wasn't a need for an MVP guy (it's more difficult to get 5 all-stars in the NBA than an MVP caliber player by a lot).
Their advantage was quantity of good players which would be nullified heavily in this format. You're comparing 16 minutes of Hamilton and Aguirre to 16 minutes of Ray Allen and Havilcek. Dennis Rodman against Kevin Garnett, Ben Wallace against Bill Russell, Joe Dumars against Jayson Tatum. These guys are not the same caliber of player at all.
Fantastic players do not topple over each other despite popular belief.

Each player at their peak or current level?

I'm confused as to whether this thread is using the version of each player that played for each team or just any version of the player.

I'd take Carwright, Gallatin, Sears, Monroe, and Richardson (off the top of my head, there are probably some I've missed) over Chandler, Porzingis, Gallo, JR, and Brunson.

Good call on Cartwright/Monroe, I kind of forgot they existed. Would place them over Chandler and Smith. I'm unqualified to comment on Gallatin/Sears because I know nothing beyond their bbref pages. A bit surprised you would go with Richardson but I see the argument.

Re: Which franchise has the best 15 man roster minutes evenly distributed.
Haven't seen enough from Brunson as a Knick to make him one of the franchise's top 3 PGs yet. Could go with someone like Charlie Ward instead but if we are looking for peaks, Richardson was impressive before he burned himself out.
As for JR Smith, I'd go for John Starks or Dick Barnett over him too, probably a few others.

Sloan may be better than Lavine, depending on your needs. His offense was never great but his defense was outstanding.
Walker I agree.
Love was closer to a less efficient Deng than he was to Horace Grant who was a terrific and underrated player.
And Theus was the definition of empty stats, I was never impressed with him compared to his numbers nor did he put much effort in on defense (not that Lavine is much of a defender either). Not sure who I would pick for a scoring guard between the two, next to Michael Jordan, I'd rather have Harper.
