In the mid-30s, recently my compiled list puts him at 35th spot.
I also have his peak at weak MVP level.
5. I think he has enough longevity with how good his peak is to be bottom of the top 40
I think his longevity and durability is so bad that it's hard to put him inside top 50.
6. I think russ’ peak with ok longevity is just too much to keep him out of the t40
The thing is that Westbrook doesn't have that good longevity. His relevant years came all in 2012-19 period basically, since then he's a negative player in any team he played in.
How high are you on his peak? To me, he peaked as a weak, fringe MVP in 2016 and 2017, then he never replicated it again.
8. I think he can be as high as low 40s and and as low as mid to high 50s
Tough to see with his weak longevity and mediocre peak.
9. Didn’t include the guys that are ghosts when it comes to info on their games
That fair, though we actually do have some cool footage from Mikan - even including significant parts of his games.
