If this were the 90s or 00s I might go with Robinson but today I'll take KD without doubt. Notwithstanding teammates, your offense is going to be a lot better with KD as its engine than either of the others. That's not a knock on either Malone or Robinson who were both excellent offensive players but KD is way more potent offensively.

If I already had an offensive player as good as KD (for instance Steph) or close then even today I'd probably take Robinson and lock up that elite defensive impact.

Robinson in today's game would be a healthy AD. Give me him.

Same thoughts here. Elite 2 way leader, 71 point game, he would feast in today's game similar to Embiid just without the 3 ball.

And it seems having an elite C is more valuable than common perception would have you think. I'd rather build around an elite, agile, 7 footer.

They're some good trash.

Both carried their teams, had much less talent around them and won more than Durant outside of gsw. Malone almost beat the Bulls in 98 in what would've probably made him top 10 ever to many.

He hit 2 of the biggest shots in finals history bro.

In two uncompetitive series thr Warriors would have won without these shots anyway?

Maybe we should take a look how he fared when he didn't have a better offensive player next to him.

He won finals MVP in both of those series, so it’s pretty obvious that he played a big role on those teams.

These series were not competitive though. I'm not saying he played badly, I say he's very inconsistent himself and usually underperformed when he didn't have the best supporting cast ever around him.
