Who was better dribbling with only their left hand and shooting with only their right? I don't care. The Cedi Osman example is funny because if a woman was as good as Cedi Osman she'd probably be the GOAT women's player, so for fans of that league it would indeed be notable to discuss on her own merit, not based on arbitrary qualities. If this woman played in the NBA and not the WNBA however I wouldn't care, because Cedi Osman is not a noteworthy NBA player so who cares.

I struggle to believe that any human being believes this :lol: not even just in a basketball context, the logical conclusion to what you're saying would give you some extremely odd world views. You're basically stating that in a colloquial sense, you don't believe in the concept of relativity, which is ridiculous.

Another hypothetical for you, and we'll use weightlifting again cuz nice objective numbers;

Weightlifter A weighs 50kg and can lift a total of 200kg.

Weightlifting B weighs 250kg and can lift a total of 201kg.

Are you really telling me that not only would you think Weightlifter B is better than Weightlifter A, but that you can't even understand why people would think Weightlifter A is superior? Because if so, and I'm not tryna be ableist, but I think that'd indicate there is legitimately something wrong with ya noggin.
You said to me “I will give you scissor seven fine quality animation".

You left then but you put flat mediums which were not good before my scissor seven".

What do you take me for, that you treat somebody like me with such contempt?

Such stupid edgy takes. I agree and I oppose people that tend to rank romantically, so let's say rank iverson (who, btw, owns most of hi success to his 5'11 165 body, because he was one of the biggest athletic freaks with his speed and moving ability. You have more chances of being an nba player and a great one at that if you are born in hi sbody than if you are born in a standard tony snell, harrison barness wing body, for sure) much higher than he should because of his size, or think that 2017 thomas should have won mvp, or give white players or unassuming players more credit than they should.
Here we aren't arguing any of that. It's a given that being taller is a big advantage in basketball. so, we were arguing. 6'6 jordan is arguably the goat, but he's also terribly superior to guys his size or smaller. any guy close to his size is borderline top 10. that's amazing.
Then you have curry, who's arguably the best michael jordan sized or smaller player, in the argument with kobe, west, oscar, and he's vastly better than anyone around his size or smaller.
Then you have these guys like nash and paul, who are shorter than curry and around 25ish, nash is 1 inch shorter and a lil lighter, paul is bigger or weighs at least around the same but he's 2 inches shorter.

Since there aren't any 5'10 or shorter players that are mvp level players or even serious all nba guys, we have some all stars or nice careers but the difference in size isn't close to the difference in value, so we have to go to bogues, nothing special as a player but an impactful role player and 15 years veteran. At 5'2, he probably had a better career than any player listed at 5'8 and under, which is crazy.

So, if you told me that you don't rank someone higher because of his disadvantages, right. But if this guy is seriously arguing that he wouldn't be paying attention to a woman or to someone without an arm being a rotation player and averaging 10 ppg in the nba, man, the edgyness, grow up

To be fair, it's perfectly fine to call smaller weightlifter "more impressive" and "p4p stronger", but the reality is that the strongest people are huge guys.
