A prime ATG floor general in Paul and an elite probably top 5/6 player in Blake
And that was WITH Paul missing 20+ games iirc.
Blake top 5/6 seems tenuous. Which 3 of Lebron, Durant, Westbrook, Kobe, Steph, Harden, Dwight, Duncan, and Kawhi are you taking him against?
Dwight Kawhi and Russ. Kawhi better in the Finals but had yet to truly break out. Blake was a battering ram, still had all of his hops, great rebounder, scored an efficient 24 a game and offered great secondary playmaking.
3rd in MVP voting and just missed out on first team All NBA because the two forwards were some guys named James and Durant. More than that he warped the court, he could handle the ball and pass and it was really difficult for bigs to handle him. I guess you could argue CP3 himself was better, but that version of Griffin was a terror.
Get that he wasn't a factor in the regular season but I think there's a pretty decent argument to be made Westbrook was the 2nd best player in those playoffs. Fair on the other two.
