GOAT SKILLS (comedy version) CHEERLEADING.

Post#1 » by penbeast0 » Thu Jan 25, 2024 11:24 pm

The guy on the bench who is the most enthusiastic high fiver, giver of hugs, etc.

I'm thinking M.L. Carr in Boston, Udonis Haslem in his last years in Miami.

Who is the guy who keeps things positive when he's not playing (and presumably isn't a starter so not Magic Johnson)?

ML Carr is the first, and only, name that immediately popped into my head. Waving a towel, he's as enthusiastic as anyone else with full pom-poms!

Can't really comment on any other teams, but Ingles takes this for the Jazz (I see Kessler as the only real contender, but I thinks he starts to much)

Steve Nash.
My wife and I used to joke about how many butts he'd touched, he was so free and easy with the fanny slaps.

Kent Bazemore has a good balance of peak and longevity for this one.

Steph Curry, in an understated way, is worthy of a mention here, too.
He's not a boistrous cheerleader [usually], but he does appear to take genuine joy in the successes of his teammates.
