Hypothetical Lakers scenario 2012-2016: how do you think it goes?

Let's start in the offseason of 2011.

The Lakers agree a system to allow Phil to not travel to certain away games so he can rest more and recover from the surgery he needed. He agrees to sign on a few more years.

The CP3 to Lakers trade goes through but instead of being based around Odom/Pau, Bynum is the centerpiece of the trade, with the immense potential he'd shown in 2010-11 tempting the then Hornets more than Eric Gordon from the Clippers. I truly believe he had that kind of value then especially now that Carmelo has said that his being traded for Bynum back then was on the cards.

Therefore, Odom and Pau are kept, and you have a rotation of:

PG: CP3
SG: Kobe
SF: Artest
PF: Odom
C: Pau

Bench: Fisher, Barnes, etc

With Phil as coach.

It's basically an analogue to the post-2010 Spurs, who kept their three core guys but added another stud (In the Spurs' case it was Kawhi through the draft, here it's a trade), and had their legendary coach continue on.

How do the next 5 years play out? Let's say Kobe retires when he did IRL and cap it at that. As role guys age or leave they get replaced.

Thoughts?

Lakers likely win 2 rings in that span. I could see the Heat and Spurs getting a ring each too. Warriors blow up things early because they don't matchup and don't realize their potential. Lebron doesn't leave Miami. Phil stay sonly one more season max
