If you mean what he could have been and what he actually was for his career, if you are saying he underachieved by a large margin you are incorrect. Chamberlain did more than almost anyone in history, changed his approach twice and effected the game in a good way for his team all the time. Noone else won anything in Russell's era other than Russell. Chamberlain I think is unmatched.

Garnett in Wilts era would be Nate Thurmond with a better jump shot. Wilt in Garnett’s era would be Shaq on steroids.

I like Wilt here based on his GOAT tier rebounding. One can wonder how Wilt would've fared in certain aspects of the game if he played in later eras.

But I'll exempt rebounding from that hypothetical question. That he led the league in rebounding multiple times in the 60s and even in his last 3 seasons well past his physical prime shows that certain skillset of his would be transcendent.
