Some pretty good arguments ftom t-rex.
Iverson was always phenonem with scoring, lower 30's PPG for 4 straight playoff runs, his volume scoring was undisputably top notch at the time. Larry Brown was there for some time and that era was highly interesting, but it didn't yield a championship. Mostly, I saw him go through Snow, Korver, Mutombo, Kenny Thomas types... there was a supporting cast, but not consistent enough to see him through. His style was unorthodox with lower FG%, but I still believe it can work to create a good to great franchise. His Denver years were a dropoff, but that system didn't really make sense for him, to redouble his scoring talent with another scoring giant in Carmelo.

In the sense that his scoring volume was higher than others? Sure. But we've known for decades that there is a cap on value to volume scoring when it is at or below league-average efficiency. Obviously, earlier discussion ITT has highlighted the utility AI had to terrible Philly offensive rosters, but I'd be careful of calling his volume scoring "top notch" because he was actually not first or second tier in terms of blending volume with efficiency even in that era.
