He's certainly got an argument, but again, using TS Add as a shorthand, Mikan has a higher TS Add season than Kareem's best LA season although Kareem's 2nd best beats Mikan's 2nd best. Two caveats: (a) Kareem's best TS Add season in Milwaukee blows away any Lakers season by either, and (b) as BB-R numbers are limited to 1949 and after and I'm too lazy to do the work to look up earlier ones, his 1949 high TS Add of 365.5 might not be his best as we are missing the years directly before his peak one.
