novak djokovic and prime tiger woods better than both, because its only them beating singular players out there with no ref assistance

cant give 1 player credit for an entire team, and then you dont even factor in refs

djokovic is the goat

Mahomes has that John Cena clutchness.
Pay no mind to the battles you've won
It'll take a lot more than rage and muscle
Open your heart and hands, my son
Or you'll never make it over the river

Nobody cares about tennis . And tiger woods is way past his prime . He is no longer relevant .

Winning 17 straight one-score games feels impossible but somehow Mahomes has managed it. Tough to argue against something like that.

Comparing players across different sports is just beyond stupid.

You can say that as an argument against Novak or Tiger...none of them have had to carry subpar teammates. If basketball was played 1-on-1, wouldn't it be easier for a guy like LeBron to consistently win? He just needs to be better than his one opponent.

Bad comparison. Mahomes is 3-1 in SB whereas Lebron is 4-6 in the Finals. A better comparison for Lebron would be John Elway who was 2-5 in Super Bowls.

I'd say going perfect over 50+ games when leading in the 4th quarter is similar (came within 1 game of replicating that feat a couple years previously).

Though the most impressive "clutch" stat for Lebron is probably this:

Spoiler:
Top 4th quarter ratings, 1997-2013

2009 Cavaliers: +39.9
2013 Heat: +33.7
2011 Mavericks: +29.5
2007 Mavericks: +29.0
2006 Clippers: +27.1
2010 Cavaliers: +26.4
1998 Lakers: +26.2
1999 Magic: +25.7
2008 Cavaliers: +24.2
2004 Pacers: +23.4

The bolded consecutive seasons come with a team that went 1-13 without Lebron in three-years and played sub-20 win basketball with similar lineups in 2011 before blowing everything up via trade.
its my last message in this thread, but I just admit, that all the people, casual and analytical minds, more or less have consencus who has the weight of a rubberized duck. And its not JaivLLLL

Elway has never been dominant like LeBron was for several years when he won 4 mvp in 5 years in his peak

Could you imagine if any basketball player got the calls that the Chiefs and Mahomes got

We’ve seen it with the whistle Jordan got the the rest of his career after he cried to the league about the Pistons
